Tasked with a “Pop Up Shop” branding assignment, we were challenged to go beyond the ordinary, conceptualizing and designing mockups/ and the exterior and interior of the business/ pop-up, as well as designing products and prototypes that accurately demonstrate the business idea. I chose to create a place similar to a “Paint and Sip” environment, but instead of painting a canvas, customers are DIY-ing their own cocktail glass and cocktail glass charms. They even have the option to create their own recipe, all while drinking and enjoying the experience with friends! From this experience, people will be left with a Customized Crafty Cocktail box (I created mock-ups and created a prototype from the laser cutter). The box would include a mini bottle, a fresh ingredient, a recipe card, their hand-painted cocktail glass, their customized recipe card, and a customized wine glass charm! We were tasked with creating at least 3 deliverables to get our ideas across (Ex: ad posters, merchandise). I chose to photograph and mock up an abandoned building in Downtown Tampa. For this project, I used Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom, as well as the laser-cutter to create the Crafty Cocktail box, wooden charms, and the other deliverables.
