Illustrated Narratives.
Using illustration skills, I wanted to raise awareness regarding societal issues through strong visual illustration with the goal of communicating a central message.
PARALYZED: This experimental graphics project was created to illustrate the events leading to sexual assault, and to inform viewers that assault is not always obvious, it occurs more often than we think, and it is not always visible to bystanders. I wanted to recreate an experience I know many other people have gone through. I wanted to illustrate and bring awareness to the fact that drinking and dressing "provocatively" does not warrant sexual assault, but it is unfortunately used as an excuse and justification.
ENTRANCED: This experimental graphics project was created with hopes to illustrate how technology and technological products are taking over our minds, bodies, and our day-to-day interactions. Technological advancements have found a way to control our senses and trap us in an endless technological loop.
